≕ RECEIVING FILES  ≔

All our planners and other products are digital only. You will receive a link for downloading to your email immediately after payment is completed. After downloading, you can easily print your purchases yourself. No physical items or printed materials will be mailed. 

≕ WHAT DO I DO IF I DO NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH THE DOWNLOAD LINK AFTER 24 HOURS?

An email with the link to download your files will be sent to the email address that you have registered. Make sure you have checked this email address, and check your spam folder. If you registered the correct email and it's been more than 24 hours, please contact me.

≕ REFUND ≔

Due to the digital nature of this product, refunds cannot be issued. Once your items have been downloaded (you've used the download link or received files directly by email), the sale is final.

≕ 180 DAYS REFUND LIMIT

Clients have 180 days to request a refund for files that have not been downloaded or emailed. I welcome feedback. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me.

≕ DOWNLOAD, OPENING, AND PRINTING ERRORS ≔

If the purchased item has missing pages, dark spots, incorrect symbols or lines, or dark boxes, the file may have been downloaded incorrectly. Try deleting the files and downloading them again. If your download continues to be problematic, contact me to receive new files via email.

≕ PLEASE NOTE

All printable planners are PDF files. So make sure your device supports this format. You can use Adobe Reader to view the printables. Download the latest version for free at http://get.adobe.com/reader/. Be sure you have a quality printer available and know how to adjust the settings.

≕ WHAT SIZE ARE YOUR PRINTABLE PLANNERS?

Most of them are in US Letter size (8.5 x 11 in), A4 (210 x 297 mm) )and A5 size (210 x 148 mm), and all are PDF files. The actual size of the printable and the size of paper for printing are included in the description of the items.

≕ CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS  ≔

I accept custom orders. If you want to change the size of a printable or make minor corrections, write me. After discussing the details I will complete your order in three business days. However, significant changes and creating new or personalized icons for your desired printables would be more time-consuming. I am open to new ideas for the planner inserts and sizes. Please contact me if you have any questions.

≕ DO YOU HAVE EDITABLE PRINTABLES?  ≔

Some of the Printables are fillable PDF files, where you can also edit the font. Most of the templates on this site are printable only and are supposed to be printed and filled in by hand. If you want to have them fillable, I can create a custom order for you. Contact me and we will discuss the details.

≕ CAN I SHARE THE DIGITAL FILES? ≔

No, please respect the copyright and keep the files for your personal use only. I ask you not to sell them or share them publicly. You may use the printables only as a gift to someone.
