These printables were created to help you shop and cook more efficiently by planning a week's worth of main meals in advance. The Grocery list will help you manage all the necessary products you need to buy for the entire week. Print it and put it into your planner or on the fridge to write down notes quickly. The design of the printable is minimalist and clean.

Weekly Meal Planner:
- Four pdf pages of the Weekly Meal Plan with 7 rows on the left for each day of the week.
- Two pages with 4 columns across the top: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Snack.
- Two other pages lack titles, allowing you to personalize the meal columns.
Grocery List:
- One page containing titles of the product categories, such as Dairy, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Pasta & Cereals, Fruits & Vegetables, Spices & Herbs, Beverages, Households, Other.
- One page untitled, so that you can write down your own categories.
Grocery List has two versions:
- with equal margins
- with left and right margins for your planner or binder with rings.

- Open the planner PDF and press print.
- In your print settings, make sure you have the correct paper size chosen for the planner: US Letter Size (8.5 x 11 in), A4 (210 x 297 mm), A5 (148 x 210 mm).
- Scale the design to print at 100% (Actual size). Please make sure you do this step, otherwise your planners will not print correctly.
- Use the Grayscale Option in your printer settings if you want to increase the contrast.
